   Grassley, a member of the Senate Committee on the Judiciary and a leading critic of the H-1B visa program, today also fired off a letter with a similar set of questions to the Federal National Mortgage Association, also known as Fannie Mae. The Washington-based lender began as a government agency before becoming a private business that operates under a congressional charter.

   During fiscal 2006, which ended in September of last year, the NIH “hired or otherwise employed” 322 people through the H-1B visa program, according to Grassley. Fannie Mae had 141 H-1B workers during the same period, he wrote. Grassley said in a statement that the NIH and Fannie Mae were the only federal or government-chartered entities among the top 200 users of H-1B visas in fiscal 2006, with the NIH making the top 100.

2. First of all,I would say Verinon Technology Solutions is a Fraud Company.There is HR named Samuel Devaraj,who doesnt pick your phone calls.And there is the president Pradeep Reddy who wont come to main picture.
   And there is a marketing head Raj Reddy who doesnt speak english properly.In order to tax evasion they have three more branches in the name of KIP,IVYTECH & Cquent.

   KIP is headed by Rajesh and he is also a big fraud(We will talk about him latter)

   They doesnt pay your salary properly.They are blood suckers who will eat every bit of your money.I think recently there is an DOL investigation going on about this company.They wont pay you in bench and there will be no communication between the company and employee.They treat the employees as slaves.My heart is burning when I write abou this company.This company did not paid me for the past 3 months and not showing any remorse.

   I would like to teach a lesson on this company.What can I do.But they are saying we have very good attorneys,So you cant do us anything.

   They charge all employess for their H1B Fees and never return back

   I doubt any of the top employers for the H1B visa would be in the hospitality industry. Most of them are hi-tech and professional services type roles.
